Early Childhood Training Materials

These training materials are the result of a U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education, Early Childhood Demonstration Project entitled: Successful Integration of Infants and Toddlers through Multidisciplinary Training.

Through three years of working with public, private, large and small child care centers, along with scores of family child care homes, we learned what kind of training is required to successfully include children with disabilities.

During 1992 and 1993 the development of the materials was overseen by a distinguished national advisory committee. All of the training materials were validated in 1994 and have been made available to the public since that time.
