Co-Director of the University of South Florida's Center for Autism and Related
Disabilities (CARD)
Lise Fox is an associate professor in the
Department of Child and Family Studies of the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health
Institute of the University of South Florida. Dr. Fox is the director of an early
intervention model demonstration and outreach program, the Individualized Support Project,
that supports young children with autism and serious problem behavior, and their families.
She also serves as an administrative team member of the Center for Autism and Related
Disabilities.
Prior to joining the faculty of USF, she was a
faculty member at the University of Florida as a teacher educator in early childhood
special education and severe disabilities. She is the co-author of the text book, Teaching
Students with Severe Disabilities and the author of many publications in positive
behavioral support, instructional strategies, and early childhood special education.
